Ashok Leyland bags order fo 552 ultra-low entry diesel buses from Tamil Nadu State Corp

Ashok Leyland, one of the leading commercial vehicle manufacturer has bagged an order for supplying 552 ultra-low entry (ULE) diesel non-AC buses from the Tamil Nadu State Corporation (TNSTC).

The project is funded by the German Development bank (KfW), with Ashok Leyland to commence the delivery of the buses starting April 2024.

At present, Ashok Leyland is the 4thlargest manufacturer of buses in the world and India’s largest bus manufacturer.
